Twenty rooms recreate the everyday and ceremonial life of 17th- and 18th-century Venetian nobility, furnished with period textiles, clothing, and the 1787 wedding ceiling frescoes by Guarana, Canal, and Scajaro. The separate Perfume wing traces the history of scent through original instruments and a notable collection of ornate perfume bottles, and the museum's library holds around 13,000 fashion sketches spanning the 18th to 20th centuries.
