Introduction
Taghit is a city-oasis in the mountains at the north-west of the Sahara desert. It has six Ksours scattered along the palm groves.
The end of October coincides with the traditional celebration of the Moussem, the dates harvest. This event is a popular attraction for the people of the Saoura region and the not so far Touat.
